Abstract
This study focuses on analyzing the application of Digital Twin technology in sustainable tourism development at heritage destinations. The purpose of the study is to assess the potential and challenges of applying this technology in heritage conservation and sustainable tourism development. Historical research methods Using a combination of secondary document analysis, field surveys at three representative heritage destinations and interviews experts in the fields of tourism and technology. Results shows that Digital Twin brings many significant benefits in simulation and prediction Report the impact of tourism activities on heritage, optimize visitor experience, support support customer flow management and heritage conservation. However, the study also found challenges regarding investment costs, technical requirements high technology and the need to train specialized human resources. The conclusion shows that the application of Digital Twin needs a roadmap. appropriate development and support policy support to maximize efficiency in sustainable tourism development.
