Abstract

    This study investigates consumer preferences and behavior regarding productivity tools, exploring the factors that influence their adoption and use. A survey of 65 respondents revealed that Microsoft Office and Google Workspace are the most preferred productivity environments, while collaboration features, frequency of use, and satisfaction with current productivity suites are key drivers of consumer behavior. The findings provide valuable insights for businesses and organizations seeking to optimize productivity and efficiency, highlighting the importance of user-centric design and seamless collaboration features. This study contributes to our understanding of consumer preferences in productivity tools, offering implications for product development, marketing strategies, and organizational decision-making.
