Abstract

The accelerated digital transformation experienced by organizations in recent years has positioned process automation as one of the most important strategic factors for business competitiveness. This study analyzed the importance of automation of administrative, financial, and control processes as a critical success factor in organizational competitiveness. A quantitative, descriptive-correlational and explanatory design was used, using a sample of 294 companies belonging to the industrial, commercial, services, financial and technological sectors. The information was collected through structured surveys and analyzed through descriptive statistics, Pearson correlations, multiple linear regression, analysis of variance (ANOVA) and structural equation modeling (SEM-PLS).
