Abstract
Abstract: The rapid evolution of artificial intelligence (AI) has fundamentally transformed managerial decision-making by enhancing analytical accuracy, operational speed, strategic foresight, and organizational adaptability. In modern business environments shaped by digital transformation, market volatility, and complex data ecosystems, AI-driven decision-support systems provide leaders with unprecedented capabilities to evaluate alternatives, predict outcomes, and optimize resource allocation. This study examines how AI-enabled tools such as machine learning models, predictive analytics, natural language processing, and intelligent automation improve leadership effectiveness, workforce productivity, and organizational efficiency. The research adopts an integrated analytical framework combining management theory, AI-driven organizational practices, and performance evaluation models to explore how technological augmentation influences decision quality, strategic alignment, operational responsiveness, and managerial performance. The findings indicate that AI significantly enhances managerial clarity, reduces cognitive bias, strengthens real-time decision-making, and facilitates data-driven leadership. Moreover, AI-supported management improves employee productivity through enhanced workflow automation, improved communication systems, and optimized task allocation. The study highlights that organizations adopting AI-driven managerial strategies exhibit higher innovation capacity, operational precision, and strategic competitiveness. Overall, the research underscores the critical role of AI as a managerial enabler, demonstrating its potential to reshape leadership capabilities, organizational structures, and long-term performance outcomes in digitally accelerated business ecosystems.
